How to Cancel

You can cancel your bookings using our website. You can also call us on 9555 300 500 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 15 working days.

Our standard check-in time is 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Extra charges may apply. Late Check-out (subject to availability)
